Yes. We can help coordinate paperwork or onboarding steps if needed. The level of involvement is flexible.

How do you ensure compliance with local regulations?
We guide clients on local norms, independent contracting, and invoicing. If required, we connect you with legal or payroll partners.

Fees & Guarantees

How are fees structured?
Fees depend on the role and service level. Options include one-time placement fees or retainers for multiple hires.

What happens if the candidate doesn’t work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee within a defined period.

Process & Timelines

How long does the hiring process take?
We deliver a first shortlist within 7 days. The full process varies based on role complexity, candidate availability, and feedback speed.

Can we interview candidates directly?
Yes. Once you review the shortlist, we coordinate interviews through your preferred platform.

Is there a limit to the number of profiles we can review? 

At Pampa, we present an initial shortlist of three strong candidates and, if needed, a second shortlist with three additional profiles. This structure is flexible and can be adapted based on your needs and the type of contract you require.

Application process 

 Application process (you can apply to multiple job listings). 
Use the link in the post to apply, upload your CV and fill out the form. No prior registration is required; when you apply, you are automatically added to our database. 

What happens next? 
We review each profile and, if there is a match with the client, we contact you for a brief interview or to request additional information. 

CV and professional profile 

CV requirements. 
You can upload your CV in PDF or Word format. PDF is recommended for compatibility reasons. You can include a link to your LinkedIn profile. 

Updating your CV.
You can send a new version at any time or reapply in another listing with your updated CV. 

Required languages 

Do I need to speak English for the position? 

It depends on the client and the position. In each post, we indicate the required level. If the position involves international communication, we will make that clear from the start. In certain job searches, we may require that the candidate be fluent in a second language (in addition to Spanish).

Process timelines and stages 

How long does the selection process last? 

The process typically lasts between one and three weeks, depending on the client, the process stages, and the role.  

Will I receive a response even if I’m not selected? 

 Yes. We will always let you know whether or not you are moving forward in the process. 

Communication and follow-ups

Who is going to contact me if I move forward to the next stage? 

Someone from the Pampa Talents team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to coordinate the next step. In some cases, the customer may contact you directly to schedule the different stages of the process. We will always inform you about the communication flow during the initial interview. 

What happens if I’m not selected? 

Your profile will be saved for future opportunities that better match your experience.
