Pampa Talents began when Angélica and Virginia, two longtime colleagues and friends, saw something others missed: Latin America was full of brilliant, reliable professionals, but global companies didn’t know how to find or work with them.

What started as a passion project in 2003 became a people-powered talent firm, built on empathy, precision, and trust. They didn’t set out to build an agency. They set out to build bridges between teams, cultures, and opportunities.
